Moderate Period: French Revolution MAKE THEM SAY IT
Instructions • We will be playing a game called “Make them say it” • Game is player in pairs • One student looks at the LCD screen and the other looks to the back of the room • A vocabulary word will appear on the screen • You give clues about the term and try and get the other person to correctly say the term
Instructions (continued) • No “rhymes with” • You may use full sentences OR single words to get the other person to say it • One person will complete 5 clues, and a slide will indicate you should switch roles • The power point is timed to change every 25 seconds • Keep count of how many you get right
Demonstration? • Needed: two volunteers • One looks at the screen the other looks away • The one looking at the screen must get the other to guess what the term is • When the screen says “switch roles,” the volunteers must switch who is giving the clues and who is receiving them
