  1. Question 1 • The gold colored rod has a higher density than the same sized silver rod. • What do you think is meant by higher density?

  2. Question 2 • Density is an intrinsic substance, that means that the density value is based on the type of substance, not the amount tested. • Compare the density values for the 2 inch silver rod and the 4 inch silver rod. Would you say they are made out of the same material? Explain.
