Overall Requirements • Submit job description (may be one from earlier projects or copied from web) • Submit cover letter and resume (may use earlier project) • Write 6 behavioral based questions • Give STAR answers (bullet points) • Submit questions, answers and evaluation form to CC • Participate in mock interview with CC

  4. Behavioral Based Questions • “Tell me about yourself” • 2 on academic background • 1 or 2 on leadership skills • 1 or 2 on prior work experience

  5. Deliverables • Job description or Grad school application • Cover letter and resume • 6 questions and STAR bullet answers • Blank evaluation form
