  5. Trolley good is about races with karts called soapbox karts, trolleys, box cars and buggies. The first recognized soapbox race was held in Dayton, Ohio, in 1933. The first soapbox race organized attracted only 19 racers and only a few spectators but the second event, in august 1933, was more successful around 40,000 spectators. 1972 in Chevrolet, someone who had been sponsoring the event had ended a cheater had caused serious damage. The winner for the all American race was young 14yr old Jim Gronen who had put a electromagnet on the nose of his soapbox kart which gave him a head start because of the metal gates.
