This study investigates the effects of Medium HLA-G5 beads and Control beads on DiOC6(3) low Gd T cells. The experimental data reveals significant changes in cell behavior and viability, with a focus on the percentage distribution of DiOC6(3) low Gd T cells. Our results demonstrate the efficacy of using HLA-G5 beads in evaluating T cell responses, providing insights into their functional characteristics in immune modulation.
