Comparison of FOXM1 mRNA Levels in Normal and Mutant MEFs Revealed by Immunofluorescence Analysis

This study investigates FOXM1 mRNA expression in WT and Foxm1-/- MEFs using immunofluorescence with PLK and β-Tubulin markers. Cell viability at 24 hours post treatment with Epirubicin was also measured.
