  2. INTRODUCTION • 2008 • PSITE-R10 was last reorganized with Engr. “Bong” Apag III as President. • 2009-2011 • PSITE-R10 was inactive after Engr. Apag went abroad. • July 2011 • PSITE-R10 was reorganized thru the initiative of Engr. “Bong” Apag III being the CHED R10 Education Supervisor for IT.

Desiderio Apag III, CHED R10 Education Supervisor • P 30,000.00 was allocated for Cagayan de Oro City • 15 beneficiaries @ P 2,000.00/member • P 30,000.00 was allocated for Iligan City • 15 beneficiaries @ P 2,000.00/member • THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! • PSITE CARES...PSITE SHARES

PSITE-R10 FINANCIAL STATUS • As of February 2012 Institutional Membership P2,000.00 X 21 P 42,000.00 • Individual Membership P 500.00 X 31 15,500.00 TOTAL ======= P 57,500.00 Less 30% Share of National Board P 17,250.00 ======== NET P 40,250.00 * PSITE-R10 Funds is going to be deposited at BPI CDO per General Assembly Resolution.

  12. CHALLENGES AND DIFFICULTIES Challenges: 1. Attracting more institutional, individual and enterprise members. 2. Identifying and tapping a pool of experts in different disciplines to serve as resource person in programs associated with membership development. Difficulty: 1. Government RED TAPE slow down momentum.

  13. MAJOR PLANS 1. PSITE R10 RESEARCH SEMINAR Date: July 2012 Host: Xavier University, CDO 2. PSITE R10 TECHNICAL SEMINAR Date: September 2012 Host: MSU-IIT (Seed money of P 5,000.00 each had been allocated by the General Assembly for this purpose.)
