I think this is because the U.S. is a very developed country where a lot of people live so they can enjoy freedom of race, religion, and gender 2. What country has the smallest/lowest? What reasons would cause this country to have a low amount? Luxembourg has the smallest column. This is most likely because although Luxembourg is developed, it is a small geographic area. 3. Look at the 5th and 6th ranked countries. Are they developed, developing, or one of each? Why do you think that they are where they are in the rankings? Use data to help you answer the question. The fifth and sixth ranked countries are Ghana and Cuba. I think these rankings are based of off the GDP, because although it has a lower GDP than countries like the U.S., it has a higher GDP than countries like Lybia. 4. Look at the 7th and 8th ranked countries. Are they developing countries? If so, what do they need to do in order to get to the top half of the rankings? Use data from any information to help you answer the question. The countries ranked 7th and 8th are Haiti and Libya. To gain more population, they would need to create a more modern city center to attract people from different countries. • Name another country (other than the US) that stands out to you on the chart. Describe the country and what type of impact it has on world consumption. Another country that stands out is Congo. I chose this graph because it has the second largest population, yet it is an undeveloped country.
