  4. on-site materials - Electronic vs. Paper Copies If your program/site is set up to provide materials in electronic format please do • Organized files on the desktop • Must have support person available to assist with trouble shooting and navigation If your daily program/site activities are paper based, please provide paper copies

  5. on-site materials - RCPSC Required • RPC minutes for the last six years • Resident assessment files from each year of training (with signed consent forms) • PSQ appendices should be accessible Recommended • Samples of resident research • Samples of faculty medical education research • Residency program resources • Curriculum planning resources

  7. on-site materials - Hospitals • A copy (electronic or paper) of all PSQ appendices • Copies of all LOCAL policies referred to in PSQ

  10. Last minute items • Who is on your review team (1-3 persons/TBC) • RCPSC and CFPC review team members expected to be confirmed by mid-March • Resident reviewer confirmation April 7th • SPECIFIC Dietary Restrictions • Will be sent to you as reviewers are confirmed • No Pork and No Seafood
