QUICK - Easy to switch on - to go live in May 3,204 activations during the promotional period Our Solution The Results We offered O2 customers their first months mobile broadband free when they signed up to a recurring data plan. Once the customer had activated their account they were sent an email directing them to the O2 claim site. A cheque was sent out to all of those who claimed within 14 days, reimbursing them for their first month’s broadband. FREE month claims: 923 34% claim rate New visitors to the O2 website: 793 The Events Promotional banner ads were placed on the O2 website to raise awareness Eye catching comms were placed outside of stores to grab consumer’s attention Promotional microsite achieved 12,971 visits during the activity Promotional comms were placed next to participating products in store ATL s
