Presentation of commemorative item from U.S. Olympics Women’s Gymnastics Team from London Olympics b. Proclamation in recognition of Crime Stoppers Month 4. PUBLIC COMMENT a. Related to any City business not on the agenda – 2 minutes per speaker b. Related to any matter on the agenda – 5 minutes per speaker

Presentation, discussion, and possible action to approve Ordinance 2013-11, amending the budget for FY 12-13. [Steve Ritter, Interim Finance Director] c.
