Understanding How a Doorbell Works: A Simple Guide

This guide explains the workings of a doorbell system, focusing on the key components and the process involved in its operation. When the doorbell button is pressed, the circuit closes, allowing current to flow. This current generates a magnetic force, pulling the armature and causing a hammer to strike a bell, producing sound. Once the button is released, the current stops, and the armature returns to its original position, ready for the next ringing. This cycle continues with each press of the button.

LIST OF METERIALS: 1- Saw 2- Bolt 3- Small screws 4- Nuts 5- Terminal 6- Pieces of metal 7- Key 8- Wire
PROCESS: • First the doorbell is pressed, this makes the circuit close and current begins to flow • Thus current passing through the magnetic circuit generates a force that attacs the armature A. • Going up the armor, the hammer strikes and B and emits a sound, while the circuit is opened and stops the force that attracts the armature, bringing this back and the process begins again.
