  4. Nicola Marshall - High Street X Fund 4 • £101K awarded in May 2013. Build on • 4 Portas Promises: • Town Tidy Up • Improve appearance of the High Street • Guerilla Gardening • Love Your Street (Residential) • High Street Adoption • Markets • Market Trailer • Market delivery and Town Team support • Transport links – Lincoln / Grimsby • Market place as social hub

Shopping Sustainability Community cafe with art gallery space, crèche facilities and visitor centre.  Personal shopping service and outreach for vulnerable Develop overnight accommodation providers. VIP offers to visitors.  Formal support package for start-ups. Marketing Town Signage Shop Local Campaign Regional tourist promotion Promote Market Rasen and surrounding villages regionally as cultural destination for arts and crafts. High Street X Fund (2) 5

Richard Hallsworth - Financial Summary • New financial system and procedures established – teething problems. • Relationship with WLDC to establish & formalise. • 9 project areas to report against including x2 shops so quite complex. • £136,499 of funding secured in our first financial year. • Full financial accounts will be made available before the end of October. • 2 x FOI requests to deal with. • Need to plan for FY2014 as Portas closes and High Street X starts. • Summary – Portas Project 31 May 2013
