  10. Change for many reasons. Besides seasonal change a lake can undergo long term changes and lead to its death. Lakes

  11. As the top layer cools, it becomes denser and sinks. This causes the lake waters to mix. This mixing, also called turnover, causes materials to rise from the lake bottom. This refreshes the nutrients Seasonal Changes
