  1. Supplemental data 1 Fluorescence scopic (A, stained with a-actin) and phase contrast scopic (B) pictures were taken from the same cultured cells. Cells were incubated two hours in mouse anti-a-actin (1:500), and diluted in 5% bovine serum and potassium phosphate buffered saline (KPBS, pH7.4). Cells were then washed in KPBS, transferred to FITC-conjugated anti-mouse IgG (1:100) for 1h, andwashed again. A B A B
