The scheduling for July/August observations has been impacted by the MUPS anomaly, leading to the exhaustion of Cycle 11 cold pitch targets, rendering an efficient schedule impossible. Mitigation steps include the ingestion of uncompeted GTO targets into OBSCAT in April. Between April and May, the MP is actively searching Cycle 12 submitted proposals for candidate July/August targets. A peer review process will check these targets against existing proposals. The final July/August targets will be released after necessary approvals around July 16, 2010.
