    2. PROTOCOLO DIABETES MELLITUS NO INSULINO DEPENDIENTE SSMO-DECOR 2009:

    4. CONTROL DE ENFERMERIA

    6. CRITERIOS PARA DERIVAR A ESPECIALISTA ASOCIAR CON TTO INSULINA: Pacientes con A1c > 8 % o de >7% con comorbilidades graves y/o complejas deben ser enviados al especialista Diabetes tipo 1, diabetes de otros tipos y diabetes durante embarazo deben ser enviados al especialista Emergencias en diabetes deben enviarse al especialista Pacientes que requieren automonitoreo y esquemas complejos de insulina deben enviarse al especialista Embarazo

    7. CONDUCTA TRATAMIENTO FARMACOLGICO DM tipo 2

    8. TERAPIA INSULINA MANTENER FRMACOS ORALES TIPO DE INSULINA: Insulina NPH en dosis nica nocturna DOSIS DE INICIO: 0.2 a 0.4 Unds.
