Goals for this session:Participants will… • Learn to create a basic Notebook presentation by making their own • Discuss ways to use Notebook with your students and give project ideas/criteria • Learn ways to find pre-made Notebook lessons that can be adapted to fit your needs (English->French) • Learn about great websites to use with your students on the SMARTboard • Learn about some useful teacher made blogs and websites

Creating Teacher Made Notebook Lessons • Open Notebook on your computers • Choose a background colour or pre-made theme • Make a Title Box and choose your topic • Consider what PLO you would like to cover • Insert image from gallery and animate the image • Add a new page and add a SMART made activity from the Lesson Activity Toolkit
