Welcome to Music Class 306 - Exploring Piano and Guitar for Grades 6-8

Join Music Room 306 for a fun and engaging General Music Class designed for students not in Band, Strings, or Chorus. This course runs every other day for half a year (two terms). The first term focuses on piano, while the second term emphasizes guitar, with no homework—all activities are completed in class! Students will enjoy reading, writing, and listening to music, learning about famous composers, music theory, and interactive games. General Music Class gr. 6-8 • All students who are not in Band, Strings, Chorus. • Every other day for half a year (two Terms). • Mostly Piano for the first term. • Mostly Guitar for the second term. • What happens in Music Class, stays in Music Class.(meaning, no homework, all done in class!!) • Reading, Writing, and Listening to Music. • Famous Musical Composers. • Lots of Music theory through music computer games and fun activities!
