Application requirements • * Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA • * Minimum 30 hours of community service • *10 minimum in-school hours • *(Directly benefiting the school) • * Well-written response to essay questions • * $15 non refundable membership Dues • * Final hours due March 12th, 2015 • Due November 25th • Intent to join form, any 5 hours and $15 fees • DUE AT 11:55PM NO EXCEPTIONS

Faq’s • Does fundraising for a class fundraiser count? • * No it does not
Faq’s • How Can I upload the forms? • * Take a picture and upload the picture to moodle • * Scan the forms and upload them to moodle(Library)
Faq’s • Will I be able to get technical help the night of? • * There will be no technical help the night they are due, so turn in forms EARLY!
