Current living conditions of Native Americans. • 40% of Native Americans live on reservations. • 55% receive health care from the Indian health service. • 90,000 or 30% Indians are homeless or under homed Indians in the U.S.A • Native Americans are 20% more likely to have heart disease than other Americans and to die from it at a younger age.

  3. Current Living Conditions of Americans • 83.7% of people have health insurance • Between 2.3 and 3.5 million people experience homelessness. • Americans are 20% less likely to have heart disease.

  4. Justified or not? • The Indian removal act on the paper if followed exactly was justified. It allowed us to move the Indians but They had to be okay with it. • It was not justified the way Andrew Jackson decided to go about it. He used force and he killed many Indians. The Indians were forced on the trail of tears where many perished forever
