  1. Mater Gardens Kindergarten Newsletter Name: Week of February 27 CHECK WHAT TABLE YOUR CHILD IS SITTING AT This week –This week we will read “Green Eggs and Ham”. We will also read “Cherry Pie and Lullabies” in our reading text books. In Language Arts we will review the blend “TH” and “SH” and learn the “CH” blend. In Math we will continue to learn positional words. Comments Dear Parents, We will be celebrating Dr. Seuss’ birthday on Friday, March 2nd. We will be making green eggs and ham on Friday morning. I will post a sign up sheet on Monday afternoon for materials that are needed. Parents are welcome to attend. Please bring in field trip permission slips and money by Friday, March 2nd. Thank you for your cooperation!! Materials needed for next week Please send what is assigned to your child's table. Please see sign up sheet outside of class. Ms. Bustillo needs an electric pencil sharpener, pencils and crayons.
