Information : EDF art 3 Les membres du CEE bénéficient en continu des informations relatives à la vie du groupe et aux stratégies économique, financière, et sociale du groupe au niveau européen. • Pour ce faire, la direction apporte aux représentants des salariés les informations leur permettant de comprendre les objectifs poursuivis et les stratégies mises en œuvre, d’évaluer leur incidence,d’apprécier les résultats obtenus, et d’assurer le suivi des questions relevant des compétences du CEE.

  18. Consultation: EDF art 4 • 4-1) La consultation du CEE s’entend d’un débat sur un sujet relevant de ses compétences. Cette consultation peut donner lieu à un avis. • Elle implique que le CEE dispose d’informations précises, écrites et pertinentes sur les sujets à l’ordre du jour.

Information: EDF art 3 • The members of the EWC shall receive continuous information relating to the life of the group and the economic, financial, and social strategies of the group on the European level. • To this end, the management provides the employee representatives with information enabling them to understand the desired objectives and the strategies implemented, assess their impact, to appreciate the results obtained and to ensure a follow-up of the questions coming under the responsibilities of the EWC

  20. Consultation: EDF art 4 • Consultation with the EWC is to be understood to mean a debate on matters included in its competence. This consultation can result in an opinion. • This requires the EWC to have precise, written and relevant information on the topics included in the agenda.
