Champion Profile Position Description •Promote INROADS to student organizations and key constituents on campus. •Focus recruitment activities on students from high demand majors (IT, Business, Finance, Engineering). •Welcome and actively engage administration and faculty on our behalf. •Assist as needed with the INROADS Student Association. (if applicable) •If a Champion hosts an event on campus, they must submit a sign-in after every INROADS recruitment event. Recommended Champion Activities: (not limited to the activities listed below) •Information Tables •Dorm Sweeps •Placing handbills in dorms –with permission •Posting flyers •INROADS 5-40 minute “Information Session” to student organizations •Assisting with Career Fairs and general on-campus recruitment • Increasing INROADS presence on Facebook and Twitter per region Requirements: Assist INROADS Manager and or National Recruiter with logistics INROADS 2013

Ambassador Profile Position Description •Promote INROADS to student organizations and key constituents on their campus. •Focus recruitment activities on students from high demand majors (IT, Business, Finance, Engineering). •Welcome and actively engage administration and faculty on INROADS’ behalf. •Holds an executive leadership position in a INROADS Student Association.* •If Ambassadors host an event on campus, they must submit an event analysis after every INROADS recruitment event. •Recommended Ambassador Activities: (not limited to the activities listed below) •Assist in facilitating on-campus CPS training •Information Tables •Dorm Sweeps •Placing handbills in dorms –with permission •Posting flyers •INROADS 5 minute “commercial” to student organizations •Assisting with Career Fairs and general on-campus recruitment •Increasing INROADS presence on Facebook and Twitter per region Requirements: Fill out and complete University Activity Plan Document for at least 3 events Complete at least 6 events per calendar year INROADS 2013

INROADS Requirements and Application Process • Minimum Qualifications • College Freshman, Sophomore or Junior • Minimum College GPA of 3.0* • Majoring in Business, Science Engineering, Liberal Arts, & STEM • Career Interest in Management, Sales, Healthcare, Accounting, Banking, Insurance, Engineering, Retail, Marketing, Food Science and more! • Attendance at a 4 Year College or University* • •Application Process: INROADS 2013

  6. Common Application Errors •Wrong classification (especially HS) •GPA – freshmen should put in 0.0, not HS GPA •Not uploading transcript and resume •Waitlist •Wrong email address INROADS 2013

Your Commitment What it takes to be an INROADER Participate in as many on campus events on campus promoting INROADS and partner with the Recruiter or Manager Are you referring your friends who are eligible? Communicate good and bad news to your Recruiter and Manager as soon as possible How many referrals do you have so far? Remember the primary reason you in school is academic based. Keep your grades up!!! Communicate! Communicate ! Communicate! INROADS 2013

Next Steps • Contact your Manager or National Recruiter for already scheduled events and help create a game plan for INROADS to be on campus within the first 30 days school • Suggest additional events for branding • Social Media i.e. Twitter and Facebook game plan • Submit Recruitment Activity Plan to your Manager or National Recruiter no later than August 27th 2012 • Networking with student organizations and or university contacts INROADS 2013
