This supplementary figure illustrates the virus production levels of different OHF-IC variants, including parental Guriev and modified strains (OHF-IC-pt, OHF-IC-NS565, OHF-IC-NS5836, OHF-IC-NS565-836, and OHF-IC-NS2A46), at 30°C. BHK cells were infected with each virus at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 0.01, and virus titers were determined 72 hours post-infection through plaque assays. Statistically significant differences from the parental strain are indicated by asterisks based on Student's t-test (P < 0.05).

Virus production of parental Guriev, OHF-IC-pt, OHF-IC-NS565, OHF-IC-NS5836, OHF-IC-NS565-836, and OHF-IC-NS2A46 at 30 °C . A Monolayer of BHK cells was infected with the individual viruses at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 0.01. At 72 h, the media was harvested and virus titers were determined by plaque assay in BHK cells. Asterisks show the statistically significant difference compared to OHF-IC-pt by Student T test (P<0.05).
