We have strong presence in various markets through network of associated group companies. • Gujarat Nippon International Pvt Ltd, India has entered into agreement with ZhuoshenNon Ferrous Metals Plant & Equipment Co Ltd, China for marketing the equipment's manufactured by them. • Gujarat Nippon is authorised for marketing their products for various pre agreed markets in African and Indian sub continent.

Introduction • Zhuoshen Non-ferrous Metals Plant & Equipment Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Japan joint venture invested by North China Aluminium Co., Ltd. of China Minmetals Corporation, Kobe Steel Ltd. and Shinsho Corporation established in Zhuozhou, Hebei Province, China in July 1984. Zhuoshen Co., Ltd.

  4. Products • Continuous Caster. • Cold Rolling Mill. • Hot Rolling Mill. • Foil Rolling Mill. • Finishing Equipment i.e. Tension Levelling Line, Shear, Cut to Length etc.

  5. Caster Features : Continuous Casting Line. Strip Thickness : 6 – 10 mm. Max width : 1800 mm. Rolling speed : 900~2000mm/min. Electrical control system mainly adopts a full digital adjustable-speed technology.

  6. Cold Rolling Mill. Features : Cold rolling mill can roll the aluminium cast coils or hot rolled coils. Thickness range from 6~8mm down to the finished products of thickness 2~0.05mm after several passes. Cold rolling mill is equipped with advanced hydraulic automatic gauge control (AGC) system. Cold rolling mill is equipped with advanced automatic flatness control (AFC). PLC and Drives areused to carry out the advanced electric control such as digital logical calculation, data set-up, automatically control etc.

  7. Hot Rolling Mill. Features : Single stand mill. Cast slab rolling thickness : 300 – 500 mm. Minimum o/p thickness : 5 mm. Air wiping system to improve strip surface quality. Electric screw down and hydraulic AGC used for roll gap adjustment.

  8. Foil Rolling Mill. Features : Aluminium foil roughing and finishing mill. Finishing mill thickness up to 0.006mm. Max width : 2000 mm.

  9. Finishing Equipment. Slittingline. Cut-to-length line. Foil separator. Tension levelling line. Aluminium foil doubling machine.

  10. Other Supplies Zhuoshen Ltd. has had successful cooperation with Achenbach of Germany, VAI of England, IHI of Japan, Mitsubishi-Hitachi of Japan, Kobe Steel of Japan, Ikuta Sanki Kongyo of Japan, and I2S of USA etc. ZhuoshenLtd. made a successful cooperation with Germany SMS Demang on the 2300mm hot rolling mill and cold rolling mill project and a successful cooperation once again with Mitsubishi-Hitachi of Japan on coating line equipment in 2008.
