Impact of ASO on pTyrosine Levels in HFD Control and DEP-1 Modulation

This study investigates the effect of antisense oligonucleotides (ASO) on phosphorylated tyrosine (pTyr) levels in a high-fat diet (HFD) control group. We examined the relationship between ASO treatment and DEP-1 modulation, utilizing various measurements in arbitrary units. Our findings suggest significant changes in pTyr levels correlated with ASO treatment, indicating potential pathways for DEP-1 regulation in lipid metabolism. Figure S1 provides a comprehensive overview of the experimental results and their implications for further research.
