Fast Paced Leadership Development Program Design • Management Council supported: • Nominate candidates • Program involvement and delivery opportunities • Target audience: • High potential and high performing staff • Staff: AVP/Associate Dean level and below • Faculty: Chairs or faculty with expressed career path to become a Chair and/or enter academic administration

  4. Fast Paced Leadership Development Program Design • Recognition opportunities: • Breakfast and lunch with senior leadership • Graduation ceremony • Presentation at the Leadership Forum

Structured Curriculum • Providing World Class Customer Service • Providing Constructive Feedback • Project Management Program • Two Pace Leadership Forums • Presentation Skills Coaching • Managing Successfully at Pace University • The Pace Budgeting Process (as needed) • Pace’s Financial Systems (as needed)
