Study on TrackCap Efficacy in Medication Monitoring: 20-Week Follow-up

This study involves the randomization of 125 participants to evaluate the effect of TrackCap electronic medication monitoring over 8 weeks. The outcomes of both groups (with and without TrackCap) at 8 weeks will be compared, with follow-up at 20 weeks. Lost-to-follow-up cases will be noted.
