Current Status: Reading • Fall 2010-Spring 2011 • Above Proficiency students’ growth: 27.4% (below growth) and 43.0% (above growth) • Below Proficiency students’ growth: 21.9% (below growth) and 7.8% (above growth) • Fall 2011-Spring 2012 • Above Proficiency students’ growth: 27.6% (below growth) and 44.0% (above growth) • Below Proficiency students’ growth: 17.3% (below growth) and11.1% (above growth)

Current Status: Math • Fall 2010-Spring 2011 • Above Proficiency students’ growth: 41.1% (below growth) and 40.7% (above growth) • Below Proficiency students’ growth: 14.1% (below growth) and 4.1% (above growth) • Fall 2011-Spring 2012 • Above Proficiency students’ growth: 33.7% (below growth) and 51.7% (above growth) • Below Proficiency students’ growth: 10.1% (below growth) and 4.5% (above growth)

  5. Strategic Priority 1 • Provide systemic, cyclical reading and math interventions for Tier 2 and Tier 3 students by addressing curriculum gaps in Tier 1 instruction. • Response to Intervention expansion

  6. Strategic Priority 2 • Increase school-wide ownership of a culture of civicmindedness in staff, students, parents, and community by implementing positive systems of support and interaction among all parties. • Building-wide behavior plan

  7. Strategic Priority 3 • Increase rigor of core curriculum by integrating world languages throughout the Full School Day • Spanish and Latin alignment, expansion, and integration

  8. Strategic Priority 4 • Provide enrichment opportunities for all students outside the general education classroom through challenging, highly engaging, college-readiness classes. • Ray University • May 31st, 6-8pm
