Effects of siRNA Knockdown on Abl Protein Levels in MDA-MB-435s and BT-549 Cells

This study analyzes the impact of various siRNA treatments on the Abl protein levels in MDA-MB-435s and BT-549 cell lines. Supplementary Figures 1 and 2 demonstrate the knockdown efficiency of Abl-specific siRNAs, showing reductions of 81% and 90%, respectively. In contrast, Supplementary Figure 3 evaluates the effects of Abl knockdown following starvation conditions in BT-549 cells, revealing varied levels of Abl protein. Additionally, α-tubulin blots serve as loading controls, confirming the validity of results across conditions.
