  2. SUMMARY Azreen leaves for London. Before leaving, she visits Old Lady’s grave and her family’s graves. Her uncle and aunt accompany her to the village jetty. Azreen sees a faint figure standing beside a tree.She sees the women(Madhuri’s other)smile. Her smile was similar to that of Madhuri. Then the woman steps away and disappears. Back in London, Azreen sits in a park. She reads the latter from MohdAsraf. In the letter, Asraf mentions that he has left Langkawi and has taken up the teaching course which was offered to him in KL. In her heart, Azreen wishes him well. She is not angry with him anymore and has learnt to forgive, just as what Old Lady has advised her to do before she died. She know that the Old Lady would been proud of her if she were alive. Azreen feels at home and at peace in London. Her friend, Julian comes by. He tells her he will stay on to helps her in her studies and not return to Malaysia as planned earlier. Azreen smiles and is happy. She envisions a new beginning.

PARK IN LONDON(page 231&232) • Asraf tell her, he will left Langkawi and has taken • up the teaching course which was offered to him • in Kuala Lumpur. • Azreen feel happy because her friend, Julian will help her in studies and not return to Malaysia earlier.
