Steps to take to request and arrange a video conference • Contact Becky Kehrberg to reserve KSB room • Send email to tsvideorequesting VC • Return VC request form that includes: • Day & date (two week advance notice, please) • KSB building & room location • Beginning & ending times • Remote site contact information • name of company/person • time zone of remote site • Etc. • RATS account number (if necessary – see below)

  5. Video Conferences, cont. Steps TS will take • Contact vicops if needed (for multi cast or ISDN connection – see below) • Deliver & setup KSB equipment • Return for and retrieve KSB equipment
