  2. How I Built the Rubber Band Boat • First, took a milk carton and cut out rectangle, and that was my paddle. • Second, took two chopsticks and cut two holes bottom of the milk jug. Then I put the two chopsticks in the two holes. • Then I tested the boat. It wasn’t the way I expected it to be. So I blew up a balloon, and attached it to the boat.
