High Definition Video Conferencing Update

CSU recently conducted a competitive bid for LifeSize HDVC systems to enhance video conferencing across Fort Collins, Denver, and Pueblo. The winning bid was $10,200 per unit, with additional costs for hardware and software support. CSU's experience with the LifeSize system since April has been positive, featuring high-quality video and audio. Despite some initial challenges, such as startup issues and software updates, the system has proven to be reliable. End-users have embraced the technology, leading to further expansion in other locations.
