Proper Installation Assurance • All work will be reviewed for safety and will not proceed until the WAF has been completed and signed off. • All devices are to be signed off by the responsible parties prior to installation. • Travelers for girder assemblies will be completed and signed off by the responsible groups prior to installation.

  4. Safety Items • There will be a daily tailgate meeting held at 07:00 in building 104C conference room. Every trade must have a representative at the meeting or they will not be allowed to work in the Undulator Hall • Davis Bacon contractor’s lifting and rigging plans to be reviewed and approved by the Hoisting and Rigging Committee prior to commencement of work
