Zehn Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der Rechtswissenschaftlichen Fakultäten der Universitäten Innsbruck, Linz und Graz referierten unter der wissenschaftlichen Leitung von Arno Kahl, Nicolas Raschauer und Stefan Storr am 18. und 19. März 2013 im Rahmen einer Kooperationsveranstaltung des Österreichseminars (Doktoratsschule Öffentliches Wirtschaftsrecht) zum Thema "Grundsatzfragen der Grundrechtecharta" in Linz.
