  2. This session has three aims • To help you think through what the barriers are to achieving an organisational culture of continuous improvement • To identify ways in which you can overcome these • To network and engage with others

Learning session: Kapla Tower Game RULES • Split into small teams, consisting of • One builder • Architects • One observer • Each team has one blindfold • Each team has ten building blocks • The builder must be blindfolded • Only the architects can speak • You have 10 minutes to create your own language based on only using the words given • You then have 5 minutes to create the tower in the photo provided!

  4. Debrief: potential barriers you may have identified and how they are relevant to your sector • What’s the vision? • Why do we do what we do? • How can we improve? • What the best use of our resources?
