New COMAR Immunization Requirements for School Attendance SY 2014-15
The new COMAR immunization requirements for school attendance during the 2014-15 school year mandate that students receive specific vaccinations. Required vaccines include Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Polio, and more. Certain exemptions apply for documented immunity or medical reasons. Schools must ensure students are vaccinated according to the updated DHMH 896 form, which outlines necessary doses for Kindergarten and 7th grade entry. Compliance with these regulations is essential for school attendance.
