This study examines the comparative effects of deferoxamine (DFO) on adventitial and mucosal layers in vehicle-treated, non-treated tissues. Utilizing imaging techniques at 1 μm resolution, we analyze the structural changes in the adventitia and mucosa under different conditions. This research aims to better understand the pathophysiological implications of DFO treatment in tissue responses, highlighting potential therapeutic avenues and the significance of iron chelation in inflammatory processes.
