This document details the development of an innovative attitude control system for an orbital transfer vehicle (OTV), derived from a collaborative consultation with the Purdue Hybrid Rocket Team. The system leverages four independent hydrogen peroxide tanks integrated into the OTV, significantly reducing manufacturing costs for payload cases. Enhancements are also implemented on the reaction wheels to accommodate increased system mass. Comprehensive cost-saving calculations demonstrate substantial financial advantages for in-house manufacturing over traditional procurement methods.
