Gene Expression Profiles of BEX, NXF, and TCEAL Families in Various Lung Cell Lines

This study analyzes the gene expression profiles of BEX, NXF, and TCEAL gene families across 207 lung cell lines, including various forms of lung carcinoma such as adenocarcinoma (n=78), adenosquamous cell carcinoma (n=3), squamous cell carcinoma (n=10), large cell carcinoma (n=12), non-small cell lung cancer (n=10), small cell lung cancer (n=29), carcinoid tumors (n=2), and mesothelioma (n=4). It also includes profiles from 30 immortalized bronchial epithelial cell lines and 29 small airway epithelial cell lines, providing a comprehensive overview of gene expression in lung cancer biology.
