It emphasizes the importance of recognizing these competencies in your own job adverts and documenting them on a competency record. Participants learn to provide concrete examples using the STAR method. The guide also includes competency-based questions, role-play exercises for practicing interview techniques, and a compilation of valuable resources for further development. This structured approach helps prepare candidates for interviews, equipping them with relevant skills and confidence.
