  7. ASSIGNMENTS • Unless otherwise directed, ALL ASSIGNMENTS HANDED IN MUST BE TYPED • 12 pt. font size • Times New Roman or Arial font style • Double-Spaced • At least a one-inch margin on all sides

  8. WHILE YOU WERE OUT… • #1: Our class website/my blog: e4hartz.wordpress.com • #2: “Hartz’s Mailbox” located up front or along the side of the room. • #3: Me, in person. • Be reasonable about making up work:THREE SCHOOL DAYS!

  9. LATE WORK  • 10 points per day, including weekend days!!! • Incomplete is a ‘0’ • Late blogs can only receive up to 50% of original credit earned and have to be handed in within 48 hours (2 days) of the original deadline (11:45 pm of due date).

  10. BLOGGING • About ten (10) blogs this year, with schedule pending • Criteria will be distributed when when we hit this lesson toward the end of September but know that it’s 500 words MINIMUM! Relax, that’s only a page and a little more in MLA format. • Due at 11:45 pm on the assigned due date.

  11. PLAGIARISM • Also known as copying someone else’s work and passing it off as your own. • Or not giving credit for others’ ideas if you use them. • Also, no “double-dipping” with P.I.G. papers and other Social Studies papers for blogging.
