  1. Accelerator Supportand Maintenance Run 14

  2. Machine Status: Injectors • LINAC: On For BLIP: • Maintenance next Monday • Independent from RHIC this year. • Booster and AGS running setup with beam. • Possible late week access for any issues, next maintenance day would be just before Physics.

  3. RHIC Activity and start up. • Adjacent areas are being secured (Berms and roof tops). • Rad and other postings at RHIC start this week. • All tunnels areas of RHIC will remain on RA through Friday, except for the 4 o’clock IR.

  4. Installation updates • 56MHz installation nearing completion: • Walk way and shield wall installation possible Thursday. • AC dipole: • Vacuum chamber being prepped for bakeout(horizontal only). • Re-assembly Saturday and completion on Maintenance Days.

  5. Installations continued: • Stochastic Cooling: • Kickers are installed at 4 and 11 o’clock. • Bakeout at 11 to be complete mid week. • Re-installation is ongoing and will be completed on MDs. • Transverse damper: • Bake out nearing completion. • Re-installation also MDs.

  6. Testing in RHIC • ACS tests and RF conditioning testing 8pm to 7am Wednesday. • Ramping Friday and Saturday nights possible (tunnel access prohibited except STAR and PHENIX). • eLens work possible late in the week or weekend.
