  3. Major jobs: • RHIC: • SC kicker removal in Yellow 11 o’clock • Rewire sextupoles and q7s • AGS: • Polarimeter C15 continued work • Booster on for NSRL • LINAC: • Beam stop installation

  4. Scheduling Meeting • Tomorrow 0930 in Snyder • Extremely busy day! • Attendance by all groups is key to success • Those needing access must attend to avoid missing access windows

Schedule 0001hrs LINAC sources off for cool down 0700hrs AGS RA LOTO Application *0800hrs Ramp down RMMPS Experiments to XA Following I limit key removal (RMMPS I<500A): RCA for Surveys at beam dumps RA in select areas Access LINAC via plug door for survey 0830hrs Access AGS through South gate. Survey for RA 1500hrs Secure restore LINAC Begin RHIC Sweeps Begin RF checkout (RF to RFNA mode) 1600hrs Secure AGS, remove LOTO 1700hrs RHIC tunnel Secure, RHIC ps checkout begins (return I LIM key) Restore AGS, Tandem and Booster 1800hrs Report from Exps and groups to determine IR 6&8 sweep time 1900hrs Sweep Experimenter IRs 2000hrs Begin setup in RHIC
