Evaluation of Relative Infectivity and MFI in Different Cell Lines Using hA3G Constructs

This study investigates the relative infectivity of modified hA3G constructs across various cell lines, including human, rabbit, ferret, hamster, rat, and mouse models. We present multiple flow cytometry results, showing mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) differences among constructs. The data includes MFI readings for both mock and hA3G conditions, allowing for a comparative analysis of infectivity. Figures S1 to S5 provide detailed observations, including sequence information and experimental methodologies related to the constructs used.
