This initiative led by Tina McClanahan, Pre-K Literacy Facilitator, focuses on enhancing educational practices at Morehead, Lebanon, and Billingsville Elementary Schools. From August to September 2009, educators participated in systematic and cooperative planning sessions that emphasized differentiation, assessment-driven instruction, and intentionality. Essential components included developing lesson and center plan templates, tiering activities for small groups, and integrating STEM curriculum principles. Professional development sessions empowered teachers to create and implement effective lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
