  2. Where is ancient egyPT • Egypt is in Africa. The River Nile is the biggest river in Egypt. For making crops.

  3. Farming in AnCIENT EGYPT • Ancient Egyptians used to grow crops near the River Nile because when the flooding season finished the black soil helped the crops grow. • The Egyptians grew lots of crops such as vines, grapes, wheat, and vegetables.

  4. mummification • It took around 70 days to make a mummy • Rich Pharaohs were placed in pyramids and buried in tombs. They would bury their valuable things with them so they could take them into the afterlife.

  5. Gods and goddesess The Egyptians worshipped lots of gods. They had gods for all sorts of things. Some of the gods were called Seth, Hathor, Osiris, and Anubis. Anubis was the god of mummification and Ra was the god of the sun. Gods are men and godessess are women.

  6. The petriemuseam • Oak tree class went to the Petrie museum. • We saw lots of interesting obgects. At the petrie museum we saw skeleton and a colourful necklaces.
