Pairwise Protein Sequence Identities Among GST Domains in Plant GSTs

This supplemental figure presents the pairwise protein sequence identities of the glutathione S-transferase (GST) domains in various plant species, particularly focusing on *Physcomitrella patens*. Part A illustrates the identities among the eight hemerythrin GSTs of *P. patens*, while parts B through J depict the identities between these GSTs and other categories, including TCHQD, iota, lambda, EF1Bγ, DHAR, tau, theta, zeta, and phi GSTs. Parts K to T further detail the sequence identity comparisons specifically between PpGSTI1 and other GST types.
